    Dough:

    · ½ cup milk

    · ½ tbsp white vinegar or lemon juice

    · 3 tbsp unsalted butter

    · Red food coloring

    · 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour · A pinch salt

    · ⅓ cup granulated sugar

    · 1 tsp instant yeast

    · 2 tbsp cocoa powder

    · 2 large eggs

    · A splash of Vainilla Molina Clear

    Filling:

    · ¼ cup unsalted butter, softened

    · ¼ cup brown sugar

    · 1 tsp ground cinnamon

    · 1 beaten egg

    · 1 tbsp milk or heavy cream

    Cream Cheese Frosting:

    · 9 1/2 oz cream cheese (about 1 cup), softened

    · ⅓ cup sugar

    · A splash of Vainilla Molina Clear

Directions

    Dough:

    1. Make buttermilk by mixing milk with vinegar or lemon juice. Let rest for 10 minutes until slightly thickened.

    2. Melt unsalted butter in microwave. Mix it with prepared buttermilk and add red food coloring until desired shade is reached.

    3. In a large bowl, combine flour, salt, sugar and yeast. Mix well.

    4. Add cocoa powder and mix. Then add eggs, a splash of Vainilla Molina Clear and buttermilk mixture.

    5. Mix and knead until you have a smooth, elastic dough.

    6. Shape dough into a ball and place it in a lightly greased bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.

    7. Lightly flour your work surface and roll out dough into a rectangle.

    Filling:

    1. Mix softened butter, brown sugar and cinnamon until well combined.

    2. Spread filling evenly over dough. Roll dough tightly and cut into 8 equal pieces.

    3. Place rolls into a greased baking pan. Cover and let rest for 1 hour.

    4. Brush rolls with a mixture of beaten egg and tbsp of milk or heavy cream

    5. Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.

    Frosting:

    1. While rolls bake, mix cream cheese, sugar and a splash of Vainilla Molina Clear until smooth and creamy.

    2. Once rolls have cooled slightly, spread frosting on top and decorate with Valentine's Day themed sprinkles.
